Be the Lighthouse | Giving Tuesday, December 1
Someone helped light the way for you.
This Giving Tuesday, help light the way for another leader.
Add your lightA lighthouse doesn't steer the ship. It helps you see.
All fall, our community has told us about the people who helped them find clarity, confidence, and courage when it mattered most. Coaches, mentors, colleagues, board members. People who didn't hand over answers, but helped someone see clearly enough to find their own.
That is the work Coaching for Community Leaders (C4CL) exists to do for the leaders advancing equity and justice.
Who supports the leaders supporting our communities?
Nonprofit leaders are carrying more with less.
A mission is only as buoyant as the people leading it.

-
Partnerships
With foundations and grantmakers who invest in their grantees' leadership.
What your gift makes possible
Your Giving Tuesday gift helps nonprofit leaders get coaching when cost would stand in the way, work with a coach who already understands their world, bring their whole team along through workshops built around real challenges, and reach more organizations through partnerships with funders.
When a leader has support, their whole organization feels it.
Every gift adds light.
